High Speed Rail travel is becoming an increasingly important part in transport planning for many countries around the world. Aided by technology transfer, countries are able to effectively use the information and technology used by other countries to develop their own High Speed Rail transport technology.
Consisting of insightful presentations and case studies from governments, rail operators, technology providers, investors and financiers, the comprehensive 2 day High Speed Rail Asia 2011 conference served to provide a platform for the industry's stakeholders to meet and share valuable information and network.
As one of the invited speakers, Nic Banks talked about effective signage for public transport systems which also included case studies from rail projects by Atelier Pacific in Dubai, Bangkok, Hong Kong, Singapore and Taiwan.
