In order to accommodate the expansion of their business in Hong Kong, FIL Capital Management which is privately-held company providing investment services, moved to a new 3,500 sq.ft. (...) office space on the 70/F of IFC 2 in December 2008. Atelier Pacific, was invited by ISG Asia (Hong Kong) Ltd., FIL Capital Management’s appointed Project Manager for their new office renovation project, to assist in the space planning and all associated interior design services related to the realization of this new office which has to be of a premium quality standard suitable to house financial professionals, senior management and high profile clients. The design for this new office is contemporary and ‘open’, reflecting a ‘loft’ style concept incorporating natural materials with minimal use of ‘standard office’ pre-manufactured fittings and finishes.
