Further to the on-going works for the upgrade of the retail podium and entrance of No.1 Lyndhurst Terrace in Central, Hong Kong, Atelier Pacific have once again been invited by Gateway Capital, an established real estate investment management company, to assist in the space planning, project management and all associated interior design services related to the realization of their new offices on the 20/F, 21/F and 22/F (approx. (...) 3,000 sq.ft. gross, each) of the same building. Utilizing natural daylight to its full potential, the interior design theme of this new office is open plan and loft-lifestyle.
