The Vossens approached Atelier Pacific to assist them in the re-modelling of their house in Ma Lam Wat, Sai Kung in the New Territories of Hong Kong. (...) The architecture of the house is to be modified, so as to create a comfortable family home that is both spacious and modern, yet also warm and relaxed. The existing 3-storey house is a typical New Territories village house covering an area of approximately 700 sq.ft per storey with surrounding garden and grounds. (close)
